WarriorFit is a group personal training program specifically designed for football,baseball,softballand basketball players. It incorporates multiple body functions to focus on core strength and position specific needs. Our passion is the sport, fitness and incorporating character and spiritual development.

You are only as fit as you are competent in each of these skills. We take it further and utilize these skills as they apply to hitting, fielding, throwing and running. WarriorFit is an unparalleled strength and conditioning program that is for all players. It is a system built on constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity.
WarriorFit incorporates Olympic lifting, gymnastics, running, plyometrics, kettlebells, tubes and medicine balls to develop our core components. The program will yield unparalleled physical fitness and results. We will also cover injuries and prevention, sports psychology and nutrition.
Baseball and Softball players require a totally different approach to conditioning and fitness. Their programs and exercises should not only be sport specific, but position specific also. Conditioning is different due to the various positions played and the related skills required. Minor changes in the selection of specific exercises can make the difference between optimum and average performances.
Our program is structured for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday workouts. Ages can range from 12 and above for both boys and girls. The length of each session will be from 30 to 45 minutes.
With years of personal training, high school and MLB strength coaching, our staff is more than certified to train your athlete. It is a group program so as to provide an individual, or team, a total workout in limited time and maximum results. The group format also offers competition between the athletes to push them to greater gains, under a supervised atmosphere.
